No Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake
# 4 oz of cream cheese(softened)
# 1 tablespoon milk
# 1 tablespoon sugar
# 1 tub of whipped topping
# 1 graham cracker pie crust
# 1 cup milk
# 1 can pumpkin
# 2 packages vanilla flavored instant pudding
# 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
# 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
# 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Mix cream cheese, 1 tablespoon of milk and sugar in a large bowl. Gently stir in half of whipped topping. Spread on graham crust. Pour 1 cup milk in into a large bowl. Add pumpkin, vanilla pudding packages and spices. Beat with wire whisk until well blended. Spread over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Top with remaining whipped topping before serving.
